We are planning to reach five significant results. Each of these outcomes represents a crucial pillar in the project's overarching mission to combat the challenges caused by cultural differences in learning environments.
Music-Based Teaching:
Develop and deliver training in innovative music-based teaching methods and approaches to a target group of TTTs, aiding them in promoting intercultural dialogue, facilitating understanding, and fostering social inclusion by piloting these methods with a focus group before extending training to at least 30 participants, including 20 from Spain and 10 from Ireland.
Future Initiatives:
Create a resource to facilitate sharing of outputs and inform future projects, achieved through the development of a downloadable digital toolkit comprising a digital workbook, project summary, and a 10-minute video documentary showcasing the project's story and implementation.
Strong partnerships:
Strengthen collaborative capacity among partner organizations, fostering a more cohesive and effective working relationship to maximize project impact and sustainability.
Expanding awareness:
Develop and launch an online platform for MusicLink outputs, ensuring accessibility to further learners. By project end, engage at least 100 TTTs or related organizations on the platform. Additionally, host a final live-streamed event, reaching a minimum of 50 educators and trainers, and secure the publication of 2 articles showcasing project achievements.
Impact optimisation:
Ensure effective distribution, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to maximize impact and sustainability, achieved through the development and implementation of a comprehensive dissemination plan targeting at least 300 relevant stakeholders. Additionally, conduct ongoing evaluation and monitoring of project activities and outputs using qualitative and quantitative methods, aiming for a minimum 70% satisfaction rate from TTTs engaging with project outputs and methodology.
