Results
We have successfully accomplished five key results, each serving as a fundamental pillar in our mission to address cultural differences in learning environments.
Music-Based Teaching
We developed and delivered training in innovative music-based teaching methods and approaches to a target group of trainers of trainers (TTTs), helping them promote intercultural dialogue, facilitate understanding, and foster social inclusion. This was achieved through the pilot testing of these methods with a focus group before extending the training to at least 30 participants, including 20 from Spain and 10 from Ireland.
Digital Notebook
We created a comprehensive resource to share the project's results and guide future initiatives. This was achieved through a downloadable digital toolkit, which includes a digital workbook, a project summary, and a 10-minute video documentary showcasing the project's development and implementation.
Strong Partnerships
We strengthened the collaborative capacity among partner organizations, fostering a more cohesive and effective working relationship to maximize the project's impact and sustainability.
Awareness Expansion
We developed and launched an online platform to share MusicLink’s results, ensuring accessibility for more learners. By the end of the project, at least 100 TTTs or related organizations were engaged on the platform. Additionally, we organized a final event streamed live, reaching a minimum of 50 educators and trainers, and managed the publication of two articles highlighting the project's achievements.
Impact Optimization
We ensured the effective distribution, evaluation, and engagement of stakeholders to maximize impact and sustainability. This was accomplished through the development and implementation of a comprehensive dissemination plan targeting at least 300 stakeholders. Furthermore, continuous evaluation and monitoring of project activities and results were conducted using qualitative and quantitative methods, aiming to achieve a minimum satisfaction rate of 70% among trainers of trainers (TTTs) interacting with the project’s outcomes and methodologies.
